No. Your phone number is not given to any tutor until you accept one — a tutor cannot buy or unlock it before that, and that is enforced in the product rather than promised in a policy. Before you accept, you read each tutor's profile and the message they sent with their application. Once you accept, the chat opens and is free for both of you.
Use the search page to filter tutors by subject, location, and class level. You can also post your requirement and matching tutors will be notified automatically.
Yes — posting a requirement, seeing every tutor who applies and reading what they wrote, and accepting the tutor you want are all free, forever. Once you accept a tutor, messaging them is free and unlimited too. You only ever pay the tutor directly for classes — we never take a commission.
Student Pro is no longer available to buy. If you already have Pro, you keep everything it includes and can renew it from your subscription page whenever you like. For everyone else, the whole flow is free: post a requirement, read every application, chat with the tutors who apply, and accept the one you want.
Payments are handled securely through Razorpay. We support UPI, net banking, debit cards, and credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and safe.
You can close your requirement at any time and post a new one — it stays free, and matching tutors are notified again straight away. You can also keep more than one tutor in play: accepting a tutor costs nothing, so there is no reason to settle on the first application you read.
Yes. You can filter by teaching mode — home tuition, online classes, or at a coaching centre. Many tutors offer multiple modes.
