If you posted for free: Matching tutors tell you they're interested. Accept up to 3 and they can call you once they have active Tutor Pro access — each acceptance stays open for 3 days. Separately, you can let up to 5 matching tutors on a paid plan call you directly about a requirement — it's off unless you tick the box for that requirement. It costs you nothing, and you can reply STOP any time. On Family Pro, you call or WhatsApp the tutors you pick yourself.

What we check — and what you should check yourself
Tutor profiles are published automatically after listing checks, including subjects, area and checks for obvious rubbish in profile text. We use automated photo checks, but a photo may appear without a completed check if the check is unavailable or skipped. Anyone can report a profile photo for review; a report does not automatically take it down. We do not run ID checks, background checks or qualification checks, and no profile is marked as verified. Please interview any tutor and check their documents yourself before you hire.

What does it cost to find a tutor?
Families have two ways, and both end on your dashboard. Post for free: matching tutors tell you they're interested. Accept up to 3 and they can call you once they have active Tutor Pro access — each acceptance stays open for 3 days. Separately, you can let up to 5 matching tutors on a paid plan call you directly about a requirement — it's off unless you tick the box for that requirement. It costs nothing. Interested tutors show on your dashboard, Email updates may also be sent if you give an address, depending on your preferences and delivery availability. Up to 2 open requirements at a time. Reply STOP any time. Or Family Pro: ₹399 a month, renews automatically until you cancel — see your matching tutors and call or WhatsApp them yourself, and contact tutors you find in search (fair use: 10 new tutors a month). One price covers the whole family: up to 5 open requirements at a time (for example, one for each child). We only offer it when at least 3 tutors match your requirement well. We remind you before every renewal. Cancel any time from your dashboard in one tap, and you keep it until the end of the month you paid for. It stops renewing by itself when you close your requirement or tell us you found a tutor. If you don't contact any tutor within 7 days of your first payment, your first month is refunded automatically. GST included. Not refundable once you've contacted a tutor, except as above. Tutors who hide their number are never shown. We can't promise a hire or a number of replies. Tuition fees are paid to the tutor directly; we never take a share. Older requirements keep their earlier terms: tutors apply to requirements posted before 1 October 2026, and on requirements posted before 4 October 2026, 8:00 am IST you pay a booking fee only if you book a tutor.
Will tutors call me?
If you post for free, tutors you accept (up to 3 at a time) can call you if they have contact access (active Tutor Pro) and take your number within 3 days of your accept. If you also agree to calls, at most 5 tutors on Pro can call or WhatsApp you; other matching tutors can only tell you they're interested. You choose who to go ahead with, and you can reply STOP any time. How quickly any tutor gets in touch is up to them. On Family Pro, you call or WhatsApp the tutors yourself.
How do I know the tutors are qualified?
Each profile shows the qualifications and experience the tutor has entered themselves, and you can talk to them before deciding. We do not check ID documents, certificates or backgrounds, so please interview any tutor and ask to see their documents yourself before you hire.
Do you take a commission on tuition fees?
No. Tuition fees are agreed with and paid to the tutor directly, and we never take a share of them. Posting for free costs you nothing; Family Pro is ₹399 a month, renews until you cancel, only if you choose it.
