Our promises

  • We remind you before every renewal. Cancel any time from your dashboard in one tap, and you keep it until the end of the month you paid for.
  • It stops renewing by itself when you close your requirement or tell us you found a tutor.
  • If you don't contact any tutor within 7 days of your first payment, your first month is refunded automatically.

We offer Family Pro only when at least 3 tutors match your requirement well, so post your requirement first. Not refundable once you've contacted a tutor, except as above. We can't promise a hire or a number of replies.

Posted a requirement before 4 October 2026, 8:00 am IST? Booking-fee terms
  • Posting a requirement costs nothing, and so does accepting a tutor who said they're interested.
  • On a requirement posted before 4 October 2026, 8:00 am IST, booking a tutor through the site: our booking fee is 50% of that tutor's first-month fee — never more than ₹5,000, GST included — and the tutor charges you 50% less for month one.
  • If the tutor you book has not confirmed within 48 hours, we automatically request a refund of the booking fee. Bank processing time applies.
  • When you book through the site, you get each other's numbers once the tutor confirms.
  • The platform booking fee and your tuition payment to the tutor are separate.

Review the tutor before you hire

Tutors write their own profiles — subjects, qualifications, experience and rate — and you can read all of it, and talk to them if they call (or call them yourself with Family Pro), before you decide. We do not run ID, qualification or background checks, so interview any tutor yourself before you hire. Pay the agreed tuition directly to your tutor — we never take a share of it.
