We do not run ID checks, background checks or qualification checks on tutors, and we host no reviews or star ratings. Anyone telling you a tuition site has “verified” every tutor is usually describing a form somebody filled in. We would rather say so than imply a check we have not done.
What you get instead is the tutor's own profile — qualifications, years taught, boards, subjects and their rate. Talk to them and ask for a demo class before you agree to anything. Ask direct questions. Ask for a parent you can speak to.

Or Family Pro: ₹399 a month, renews automatically until you cancel — see your matching tutors and call or WhatsApp them yourself, and contact tutors you find in search (fair use: 10 new tutors a month). One price covers the whole family: up to 5 open requirements at a time (for example, one for each child). We only offer it when at least 3 tutors match your requirement well. We remind you before every renewal. Cancel any time from your dashboard in one tap, and you keep it until the end of the month you paid for. It stops renewing by itself when you close your requirement or tell us you found a tutor. If you don't contact any tutor within 7 days of your first payment, your first month is refunded automatically. GST included. Not refundable once you've contacted a tutor, except as above. Tutors who hide their number are never shown. We can't promise a hire or a number of replies. Tuition fees are paid to the tutor directly; we never take a share.

It depends on class, subject and city. On this site the typical tutor asks around ₹500 an hour, with most between ₹300 and ₹600. Worth knowing: our own listings show the typical rate is the same whether a tutor teaches online or in person, so treat 'online is cheaper' as something to negotiate rather than a discount you are owed.
We cannot promise a time for your requirement — how many tutors teach your subject in your area decides that. If nobody suitable gets in touch, you have lost nothing but a minute.
