As a tutor, teaching kids I try to accomodate the students needs first and the class is interactive so the student doesn't hesitate. As for the syllabus I focus more on conceptual learning rather than mugging. The goal is make the student as independent as possible for them to tackle the questions head on. I teach skills like communication , learning and articulation which are vital.
